Working principle:
1. When there is no pressure in the water cup, the float closes the inner cavity, the piston is pressed down by the spring, and the condensed water is discharged through the drain hole.
2. When there is pressure in the water cup, when the pressure is above 1kgf/cm², the piston 8 overcomes the spring to press upward, so the drain hole is closed, and the inside of the water cup is isolated from the outside world.
3. When there is condensed water in the water cup when the condensed water is collected to a certain extent, the float rises due to buoyancy, opens the inner cavity hole, and the pressure enters the inner cavity. The piston is pressed down by the pressure and the spring, and the condensed water is discharged through the drainage duct.
Precautions:
1. The operating pressure is 1.0MPa (not higher than 1.0MPa).
2. The flow rate must be greater than 400L/min and the pressure must be above 0.15MPa.
3. The main components of cleaning are the fine filter and the air release sheet, which directly affect the piston action.
4. When installing the drain pipe, use a pipe with an inner diameter of more than 10 mm, the length cannot exceed 5 meters, and do not bend the pipe upward.
