1. Pre-Operation Inspection Checklist

For R‑22 refrigerant, the low‑pressure gauge should read between 60–70 PSI. After about 5 minutes, the internal cooling system will reach the required cooling temperature.

2.3 Open the ball valve at the top of the automatic drain. The condensed water removed by the dryer will flow into the drain.

The ball valve can remain OPEN at all times.

4.2 Clean the radiator / condenser periodically:

-For air‑cooled dryers: use compressed air or a copper brush to clean the condenser to ensure good heat dissipation.

-For water‑cooled dryers: clean the cooling tower and water condenser regularly.
