View MoreDemargo is well aware of the importance of materials to the structural strength of the adsorption tower. Therefore, in the manufacturing process, high-strength and corrosion-resistant alloy steels are selected. These materials not only have excellent mechanical properties and can effectively resist the dual test of internal pressure and external environment, but also have good weldability, providing a solid foundation for subsequent processing. Using advanced CNC machining centers (CNC), Demargo has achieved precision machining of various components of the adsorption tower to ensure that dimensional accuracy and geometric tolerances are controlled within a very small range. Through finite element analysis (FEA) technology, the tower structure is optimized to ensure good stability under various working conditions.
Sealing is the key to the performance of two tower adsorption dryers. Demargo uses advanced dynamic and static sealing technologies in the sealing design of the adsorption tower, such as setting a high-performance elastic sealing ring between the tower body and the end cover, and using precision-machined flange surfaces with metal spiral wound gaskets to ensure that good sealing effects can be maintained under various working conditions. In addition, Demargo has also developed a unique pressure-adaptive sealing structure that can automatically adjust the sealing tightness according to the working pressure, effectively prevent gas leakage, and further improve the drying efficiency.
In the selection of adsorbents, Demargo comprehensively considers adsorption efficiency, regeneration performance, stability and cost-effectiveness, and selects high-quality molecular sieves or activated alumina from home and abroad as adsorption media. These adsorbents must undergo strict screening, cleaning and drying before use to ensure their optimal adsorption performance. For specific applications, Demargo will also customize special adsorbents according to customer needs to meet the strict requirements of different industries for compressed air quality.
Filling the adsorbent is a delicate and critical process. Demargo uses automated filling equipment, combined with vibration and airflow-assisted technology, to ensure that the adsorbent is evenly distributed in the tower body, avoid local accumulation or gaps, and maximize adsorption efficiency. In order to simplify the replacement and maintenance process of the adsorbent, Demargo designed a tower structure that is easy to disassemble and assemble. Users can easily remove the old adsorbent and fill it with new adsorbent without damaging the tower structure. This design not only reduces downtime, improves equipment utilization, but also reduces users' operation and maintenance costs.
Combined with the Internet of Things technology, the intelligent monitoring system developed by Demargo can monitor the working status of the adsorption tower in real time, including key parameters such as adsorbent saturation and dryer outlet dew point. When the adsorbent is close to saturation or performance declines, the system will automatically remind the user to replace it to ensure that the drying effect is continuous and stable. Through data analysis, the system can also predict the replacement cycle of the adsorbent and provide users with a more scientific maintenance plan. This intelligent management method not only improves the operating efficiency of the equipment, but also brings users a more convenient and efficient operation and maintenance experience.
