G series precision filters provide users with high-quality compressed air filtration, especially used in laser cutting, bottle blowing, advanced spraying, food, electronics, petrochemical, and other industries. By installing DFG series precision filters, compressor air pollutants (such as oil, water, dust, etc.) can be effectively removed.
Compressed air often contains moisture, oil vapors, and particulates, which can damage pneumatic tools, reduce efficiency, and contaminate your product. That’s why an Air Compressor Oil Water Separator Moisture Filter is essential for any compressed air system.
Without proper filtration:
Moisture causes rust and corrosion
Oil vapor leads to product contamination
Particulates clog air tools and valves
nstalling the right filter extends the life of your compressor and toolsImproves air quality and system performance
Reduces maintenance costs and equipment failure
| Function | Benefit |
|---|---|
| Removes condensed water | Prevents rust and internal corrosion |
| Separates oil from the air | Protects tools and ensures clean air delivery |
| Traps dust and particles | Avoids clogs and wear on downstream equipment |
This filter uses centrifugal force + filtration media to effectively separate oil and moisture.
Yes. If you're using your compressor for:
Spray painting
Sandblasting
Precision tools (e.g. CNC)
Food/beverage packaging
Medical/lab equipment
Then a filter is mandatory to ensure clean, dry, contaminant-free air.
Recommended Distance: 10 to 30 feet (3 to 9 meters) downstream from the compressor
Why?
This allows compressed air to cool, causing moisture to condense before entering the filter
Improves filtration efficiency
Install a cooling pipe or aftercooler if needed
(Although different from an industrial air filter, we include this as it’s often searched together)
Steps:
Locate the air filter at the back or top of the fridge compartment
Twist counterclockwise to remove the old filter
Insert the new filter and twist to lock it in place
Reset the filter light (if available)
Use LG-certified filters for best performance.
