Introduction: When compressed air is cooled, the water vapor it contains will condense into liquid water, which will reduce the efficiency and reliability of compressed air when used. Worse still, the moisture in the compressed air will affect the quality of your product. Using a cold dryer can help you remove liquid water from the air system.
1. Use a large area heat exchanger. This design reduces the pressure loss inside the cold dryer and improves the refrigeration effect.
2. There is no air source consumption. For most air source users, using a cold dryer is more energy-saving than using an adsorption dryer;
3. Built-in steam trap: It can ensure that the water is separated from the system after the evaporator. Due to the use of a large flow and high-efficiency electronic drain valve, the separation effect is guaranteed.
4. No valve wear: no need to add or replace adsorbent regularly,
5. Hot gas bypass valve: This is a key component to maintain the stability of the dew point of compressed air.
6. Low operating noise, and simple daily maintenance, just clean the automatic drain filter on time;
7. Filter device: The refrigerated dryer is equipped with a high-efficiency filter, which keeps the refrigeration system of the equipment clean, making the dryer easy to use.
8. There are no additional requirements for the pre-treatment of the air source and the matching air compressor. The general oil-water separator can meet the requirements of the dryer for the intake air quality.
9. Refrigerant high/low-pressure protection switch: The dryer has a complete self-protection device to avoid damage to the refrigeration compressor. A high-pressure protection switch will automatically shut down the dryer when the refrigerant pressure is too high, and the low-pressure protection switch will automatically shut down when the refrigerant pressure is too low.
10. The dryer has a "self-cleaning" effect on the exhaust, that is, the exhaust gas contains less solid impurities;
11. While discharging condensate, part of the oil vapor can also condense into liquid oil mist and be discharged with the condensate.
