Working principle (processing capacity 4-8m3/min)
1. Oil-containing compressed air condensate enters the decompression chamber through the water inlet.
2. The system pressure is released in the decompression chamber, and the condensate slowly enters the filter chamber.
3. The oil absorption filter element in the filter chamber absorbs and filters most of the oil droplets in the condensate.
4. The condensate containing only trace amounts of oil is then filtered and purified through the purification filter element.
5. The filtered condensate is directly discharged through the water outlet.
Working principle (processing capacity 15-70m3/min)
1. Oil-containing compressed air condensate enters the decompression chamber through the water inlet. The system pressure is released in the decompression chamber, and the condensate flows into the pre-separation chamber.
2. The condensate in the pre-separation chamber is automatically separated according to the different gravity of oil and water.
3. The continuously thickening oil layer on the upper layer enters the oil storage barrel through the overflow device.
4. The condensate with the least oil in the lower layer enters the primary filter tank through another overflow pipe to absorb and filter most of the oil droplets.
5. The condensate containing only trace amounts of oil flows into the secondary filter tank to complete filtration and purification.
6. The filtered condensate is directly discharged through the outlet.
