Working principle:
The automatic drainer is composed of a die-cast aluminum shell and is equipped with a floating ball drainage system. When the drainage buoyancy is smaller than the weight of the drainage float and the pressure applied by the compressed air, the drain port is closed; when the buoyancy rises, the drainage float rises and the drain port is opened; when the condensed water decreases, the drain port is closed again, and the cycle continues.
Maintenance:
Unscrew the manual drain button and let the water in the drainer flow out until the compressed air in the equipment enters the ball cylinder for a few minutes, then close the manual button. If the discharged water is more than 0.5 liters, it proves that the automatic drainer is blocked and the drainer should be cleaned.
