Introduction to the micro-heat module series adsorption dryer:

2. Multi-chamber directional diversion, sufficient adsorption. The pressure drop is small, and the pressure loss is less than 0.03Mpa.
3. The regeneration gas is a directional diversion, the regeneration efficiency is improved, and the regeneration gas consumption and adsorbent filling amount are reduced.
4. The adsorption chamber has a modular design of multiple groups, the fuselage structure becomes compact and reasonable, and the volume is small.

The upper and lower gas collection chambers are made of aluminum alloy, and the gas has no secondary pollution.

8. The valve adopts a combined valve body with an independent patent design, and the seal is made of imported materials.
9. The micro-heat type uses insulation materials, integral insulation, low energy consumption, and high adsorbent dehydration efficiency.
10. The controller has multiple selection modes to meet various working conditions. At the same time, the controller has remote control and communication functions.
11. Installation (can be installed without foundation), maintenance, and maintenance are very convenient, and maintenance costs are reduced.
The MD series modular micro-heat regeneration compressed air dryer produced by our company uses the principle of pressure swing adsorption and countercurrent micro-heat regeneration to dry the compressed air. The structure is a double tower, one adsorbs and the other regenerates.
Cycle period:
The micro-heat type is 60 to 180 minutes; the micro-heat type switches once every 30 to 90 minutes. The working cycle consists of a drying process with an upward airflow and a regeneration process with a downward airflow. During regeneration, a part (about 4 to 8%) of the dried compressed air (the micro-heat type has a heater for heating) is drawn out through the orifice plate throttling expansion and pressure reduction and enters the tower to desorb and blow out the moisture adsorbed in the desiccant. When the regeneration is switched to drying, the moisture in the compressed air is adsorbed on the desiccant again, and the cyclic work achieves the purpose of drying.
The double towers of modular adsorption dryers all use multiple groups of adsorption chambers with large aspect ratios and adsorption module splitting, which improves the adsorption and regeneration efficiency and makes the equipment smaller.
The micro-heating type heats the regeneration gas to accelerate the dehydration efficiency of the adsorbent, thereby reducing a large amount of regeneration gas.
